Conrad Murray needs to tell the truth. If the truth was known about what really happend the early morning hours before Michael Jackson died, he should be charged with murder, not manslaughter. The truth is, Conrad Murray left the premises completely after putting Michael Jackson under propofol to meet with a call girl. When he returned, it is speculated that Michael Jackson was already dead. Everything he did afterwards was to cover his tracks. He has given two timelines. He told the police that he gave Michael the propofol at 10:40 a.m. and when he returned from the bathroom at 10:50, he found Michael not breathing and immediately begain CPR. However, the problem with that story is that the 911 call was not made until 12:21 p.m. Then his girlfriend told police that she was talking to Murray at 12:05 p.m. and at approx. 12:13 p.m. he dropped the phone and was doing CPR on Michael. The problem with this alibi (from his girlfriend) is that at 9:00 a.m. Murray's employees in Texas was removing boxes from the storage, and the paramedic stated that when they arrived at 12:30, MJ appeared to had been dead for hours. They would have, under normal circumstances, taken Michael to the coroner's office, but Murray insisted that they take him to the hospital.
If Murray was telling the truth, then why is he lying, why did he change his timeline, and why was he on the phone during the time Michael was under propofol. Another fact was that Murray had the heater turned up so high in Michael's room, that the paramedics called it swealthering, when Michael hated sleeping in the heat. He slept with his bedroom window fully opened and would not let anyone close it.
It is my guess that he gave Michael Jackson a lot of propofol to keep him sedated long enough to go out and come back. When the propofol wears off, that is when the person wakes up. Therefore, because he was going to meet with a call girl, he wanted to make sure that Michael Jackson remained sleep until he returned. That's why he gave him so much and the coroner's office confirmed that Michael was swimming in propofol. He didn't bet on him dying because he is a Cardiologist, not an Anesthesiologist. Therefore, putting people under is not his area of specialty.
For the reasons stated above, Conrad Murder (Murray) should be charged with murder, not manslaughter. There are enough facts and evidence to prove that all though he acted recklessly, his actions were so negligent that it should be considered murder.

does the police have the evidence that Murry left the premises
ReplyDeleteWhether he is a cardiologist or any other kind of doctor, he should have known that propofol should be administered while utilizing a ventilator, thus why it should never be used for insomnia (not to mention it does not provide REM sleep). He is a medical professional who can obviously read and was capable enough to pass his medical Boards exams. He might have left, might have done this or that, but nothing, in my opinion, changes the fact that he know what he was doing and made choice after choice after choice in which he allowed Michael to die--he, to me, created and harbored an environment of death. How can someone be so inconsiderate for another human's life, especially as a physician, and do all the things he did and it just all lead up to an accident? I pray the LAPD and DA are doing their job. As of current, I have my doubts.
ReplyDeleteGeraldine, I completely agree with you on all points Murray is a MURDER!!!. However I have read on other forums that if LAPD (incompetent) imo can not prove intent to kill murray walks. Non of us want murray to walk. imo he should have known better he was paid to monitor MJ while he was under not to leave the room and meet with a call-girl. Complete disregard for Michael's life...
ReplyDeleteI agree with you 100%. I don't know why this is taking so long to investigate. It makes no sense. We want Justice for Michael!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you Geraldine for your important comments. I just wonder if you are going to tell this story to the DA, because it doesn't help that you tell to us.
ReplyDeleteThanks again!
If this is all true, the LAPD should've figured it out by now. Charges have already been filed & I doubt they can be refiled. Perhaps the LAPD should've taken more time to make sure they had all of the "Ts" crossed & "Is" dotted before filing charges. The D.A. needed to make sure he went with the easiest to prove charges. Higher charges increase the chance of an acquittal.
ReplyDeleteI have a question, let say everything you stated above it correct. Can it be proven in court beyond reasonable doubt?
ReplyDeleteUnless, "call girl" tastifies and the "missing" survaliance tapes are found, how do they prove this? Also, I"m guessing the call girl credibility can be torn apart by the defense.
Keep listening to the news as the details start surfacing. Each new development proves one thing; that Conrad Murder has been lying since the beginning. He had plenty of time to cover his tracks, plenty of time before talking to the police, plenty of time before being charged. Usually when someone lies to the police, they become more suspicious of them. But when Conrad Murder lied to the police, his attorney called it a simple mistake! It wasn't a mistake, it was murder.
ReplyDeleteOh Geraldine!! I am one with you in believing definitely, that DR DEATH should be charged wih Murder!!!! This time line lying and the Involuntary Manslaughter thing is just his way of trying to bend the truth! BOO!
ReplyDeleteHi Geraldine,
ReplyDeleteI'm German and live in Germany.
In 2005 I've read large parts of the court transcripts which painted a different picture than many media which "convicted" the singer.
Recently I ordered your book "redemption" from amazon US. I appreciate you a lot for publishing the book. It also takes much courage to publish content which didn't "please" all the lawyers mentioned in the book. I have a lot of respect that you cared for the truth while the media just cared for sensation.
Btw, what happened to Rothman? Does he still work?
What do you think about the fact that Branca is a executor and Weitzmann a lawyer for the estate? Like you wrote they pushed the settlement while Fields wanted to fight it out in court.
I also want to critisize something about the blog entry you've published now: Parts of it are too emotional for my taste (Is Murray's girlfriend really a "call girl" like you called her?).
I at a loss to understand how something happening in Texas at 7:00 AM PDT, is related to Michael's death? And some of what you have posted as fact is incorrect according to the Autopsy Report.
ReplyDeleteCompletely agree with you, Geraldine. Can't understand why the authorities are letting him away with a lenient charge.
ReplyDeleteAgree 100% Murry needs to be held accountable.
ReplyDeleteThere is no doubt about the fact that Michael was killed. I just think it was not for this reason banal. I think Latoya is right when he says that there was a conspiracy to kill Michael, due to reasons far greater than just Dr. Murray go find a girlfriend. This is childish! Michael was murdered for reasons much more serious in relation to their money and property. There are certainly many people involved in this, not only Dr. Murray!
ReplyDeleteMs Hughes, thank you for the info. You & everyone makes good points here. I just hope that Murry is held accountable, as well as anyone else who may have been involved.
ReplyDelete9am in Texas would be 8am in LA. Did he know that early? So exactly what time did he go out? Shouldn't there be records of comings and goings by Michael's security? Can't those who did the autopsy figure out Michael's time of death? It's not all that difficult.
ReplyDeleteAs for turning up the heater, anesthesia makes one very cold. There would be no way to PROVE that Murray turned up the heat to conceal evidence (that Michael's body was already cold).
