We know that if Michael Jackson was really a child molester, he would have NEVER walked free from the courtroom in 2005 after being charged with 14 counts of child molestation and abuse. In 1993, after being investigated by the Los Angeles Sheriff, the Los Angeles LAPD, the Santa Barbara Sheriffs, the Santa Barbara LAPD and, we later learned after his death, there was an FBI probe, he was exonerated of all accusations of child molestation from 1993 and 2003.

Michaelgate is the movie that tells the true story about the high profile book, “Redemption: The Truth Behind the Michael Jackson Child Molestation Allegation (2004) book that published in 2004. Information that has never come to the public’s attention, such as “Michael Jackson NEVER paid the $20 million dollar settlement,” unfolds in a mystery high intense dramatic motion picture movie. Michaelgate is told through the eyes of the legal secretary, Geraldine Hughes, who worked for Evan Chandler’s attorney in 1993 and witnessed the chain of events that led to the false allegation. In an interview with Bill O’Reilly, Geraldine Hughes said she witnessed an elaborate extortion scheme against Michael Jackson. The public thought it was a case of child molestation, but behind the scenes it was all about extortion. When Michael Jackson refused to give Evan Chandler $20 million to make a movie, he launched the false allegation of child molestation solely to ruin Michael Jackson's career and so that he could get paid.

IT IS NOT TOO LATE FOR THE TRUTH.

Now that we are past the shock of Michael Jackson’s untimely death, and past the conviction of Conrad Murray, it is time to protect Michael Jackson’s legacy by clearing his name for once and for all. It is not too late to know the truth. Justice demands truth. We have heard the lies, the hype, millions of dollars were made promulgating the suspicion that Michael Jackson was a child molester, but when the verdict was read in 2005 exonerating him of all charges, no one came forward to tell what really happened.

Michaelgate begins with the verdicts being read in the 2005 trial where Michael Jackson was exonerated on all 12 charges. It then goes to the beginning of the summer of the 1993 allegation when a legal secretary, Geraldine Hughes, began working with Barry Rothman who was Evan Chandler's attorney and father of Jordy Chanlder (the 1993 accuser). What appeared to be a custody battle turned out to be an elaborate extortion scheme to get custody of Jordy Chandler so that he could carry out his plot against Michael Jackson. Step-by-step in Michaelgate you will learn facts that were never told, such as “Michael Jackson never paid the $20 million settlement money, it was paid for by his insurance company.”

Michaelgate, once told, will clear Michael Jackson's name of the horrific child molestation allegations that continue to be told today. Michaelgate will also highlight current events that happened after the 2005 trial when Michael Jackson left the country, prepared for the 02 Concert, and the untimely death of the greatest entertainer of all times.

Michaelgate will dramatically tell the events from Geraldine Hughes’ eyes from inside the accuser's camp. Facts that have never been revealed, stories that have never been told, but when the final scene is played, it will prove Michael Jackson's innocence. Geraldine Hughes will share letters that she personally typed, conversations that she heard from behind closed doors, and secret meetings that took place right inside her attorney's office. While the media hype was saying Michael Jackson was a child molester worldwide, events will be highlighted that proves otherwise. In the midst of revealing the evil plot against Michael Jackson, Michaelgate will also reveal the humanitarian deeds of Michael Jackson that continued worldwide even though he was fighting for his life.

All the characters that played a role in the extortion scheme will be brought to life from behind the scenes and, for the first time, you will hear what she heard, see what she saw, and know what Geraldine has always known, exactly how Michael Jackson was framed. Characters such as Evan Chandler (father), Jordy Chandler (accuser), Barry Rothman (accuser), Anthony Pelicano (investigator), Johnnie Cochran (lawyer), June & David Schwartz (step mom & father), and Thomas Sneddon (the prosecutor) all played a vital role in why Michael Jackson was forced to settle the $20 million dollar civil lawsuit, and other facts concerning the “secret meeting,” “surprise motion,” “third party disclosure,” “what happened when the child molestation allegations launched,” “the civil litigation details from inside the courtroom,” “the extortion charge,” and “a close look at Michael Jackson, the humanitarian.”

The plot thickens when Michael Jackson refuses to be blackmailed and pay Evan Chandler $20 million dollars that he was requesting. Evan Chandler admits in his own words, “…if I don’t get what I want, I’ll ruin Michael Jackson in any devious, nasty and cruel way possible. I’ve hired someone and they are waiting for my instructions.”
After the criminal investigation of Michael Jackson could not prove one credible evidence of molestation from the Los Angeles Police Department, the Los Angeles Sheriff Department, the Santa Barbara Police Department, the Santa Barbara Sheriff Department, and even an FBI probe, Michael Jackson still suffered through a civil lawsuit which was only about money. Michael Jackson settled the civil lawsuit, although nothing ever happened criminally because they did not have enough evidence to charge him.

After the civil lawsuit settled, all of the evidence collected, including information given by Geraldine Hughes to the investigator, went nowhere. Only the accusers who plotted the extortion scheme and Geraldine Hughes who stumbled upon the truth knows what really happened, but the accusers went silent after the settlement money was paid. Even the extortion charge was ordered to be dropped as a part of the settlement.

Geraldine Hughes has contended since 1993 that Michael Jackson was innocent all along. She also has been consoling millions of Michael Jackson's fans since 2004 that God was on Michael Jackson's side all along since 1993 because God gave Michael Jackson something that he didn't give any of his accusers; a witness!

No Justice, No Peace is the non-violence action arm of Michael Jackson's fans fighting for justice in the wrongful death of Michael Jackson. It's actions include, but are not limited to, filing a class action civil complaint naming the unnamed conspirators for the wrongful death of Michael Jackson; filing a motion to motion to move the criminal trial from the state court to the federal court; to put on blast all haters and non-Michael Jackson supporters, with full intentions to NOT support anyone on this list; and lastly, to plan, activate and impliment boycotts for persons, products and companies that do not help in the cause of fighting for justice in the wrongful death of Michael Jackson.

Enough has been said about fighting for Justice for Michael Jackson. It is time for action. It is time to take a stand and do something about the wrongful death of Michael Jackson for the following reasons: 1) Conrad Murray is getting away with murder. The courts fail to take away the license of the doctor that murdered the greatest entertainer that has ever lived. Murray's negligence was so erroneous that he should NOT be allowed to practice medicine until the criminal case has been resolved.

This is our last time to take a stand. Michael Jackson is not around to fight this battle. While he fought in 1993, we stood still and did nothing. While he was fighting for his life in 2003, we stood still and still did nothing. Now, if we don't take a stand, his murderer will get away scott free.

It's time for action. Michael Jackson fans are already united worldwide. There is strenght in numbers and we intend to show the powers that be, that we want justice. If we don't get justice, there will be no peace. We are nonviolent, and do not propose any violence whatsoever. We stand behind Michael's convictions to love, peace, and to heal the world starting with the man in the mirror. It doesn't matter whether we're black or white. We stand as human beings. Joining armies of love worldwide. Feeding the hungry, caring about the planet, social injustices and have a great love for children.

Our first mission is to fight for justice. Our second mission is to clear Michael Jackson's name. Future missions include recognizing Michael Jackson haters and nonsupporters and putting them on our own list of non-support and asking fans worldwide to NOT support them, their product and whatever they promote or advertise.

Manslaughter: The Final Slap in Michael Jackson's Face

The whole world is outraged at the single charge of manslaughter that has finally been brought against Conrad Murray in the death of the most popular entertainer and humanitarian that has ever lived, Michael Jackson.

In 1993, Michael Jackson was charged with a false allegation of child abuse. The charge itself was preposterous, but the investigation and interrogation that pursued was inhumane, including the body search that required Michael Jackson to strip naked and have his private body parts photographed and examined. While Michael Jackson's attorneys were vigorously fighting to lawfully prove his innocence, the prosecutor used every unethical tactic he could find. The court system also allowed the accuser's greed hungry father to file a civil lawsuit while the criminal investigation was ongoing. This breached Michael Jackson's constitutional right to a fair hearing and forced Michael Jackson to settle the civil lawsuit.

In 2003, Michael Jackson was charged, once again, at the hands of the same vindictive prosecutor whose only goal was to cause Michael Jackson worldwide humiliation. Arresting and putting Michael Jackson in handcuffs like a common criminal was his primary goal. Breaking him financially and causing him so much pain and suffering was secondary. The charges were bogus, manufactured, the accuser's were fraudulent and money hungry, and when the trial concluded, there was not enough credible evidence to have caused the indictment against Michael Jackson in the first place. Yet, millions of taxpayers dollars were spent, the entire world saw the incompetence of the United States judicial system and he only succeeded in destroying people's confidence in America's justice system.

Now, in 2009, the world mourned the loss of the greatest entertainer and humanitarian that has ever lived. The coroner's report ruled early on that Michael Jackson's death was a homicide. However, it took the authorities 8 months to finally bring charges against Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray, citing that they wanted to be thorough in their investigation. But several months later Michael Jackson's personal security guards were still waiting to talk to investigators, and there are still key people that have valuable facts that can prove the charge of murder, instead of manslaughter.

On February 8, 2010, Conrad Murray freely walked into the courthouse to answer to a single charge of manslaughter and, to everyone's knowledge, freely walked out. His bails bondman was at the court house to bail him out without him ever seeing the inside of the jail. We are told that Conrad Murray was booked and fingerprinted, but cannot confirm how and when it was done.

Conrad Murray received special treatment for killing Michael Jackson. He is being represented by the best criminal defense attorney involving Propofol while stating that he is broke. He is allowed to continue practicing medicine, but not to use Propofol. He gave police two different timelines about his actions the early morning of Michael Jackson's death. We call that lying, but his attorney calls it a mistake. Conrad Murray lied to the paramedics about the drugs he gave Michael Jackson, completely eliminating the drug Propofol, which was later ruled as the cause of his death. He lied and said he gave Michael 25mg which the coroner's report stated it was so much Propofol in Michael's system that it was detected behind his eyes. He refused to sign Michael Jackson's death certificate and insisted that the paramedics take Michael's body to the hospital, even though they concluded that Michael was already dead upon their arrival and even hours before.

It has now been revealed that Conrad Murray halted CPR on Michael Jackson in order to hide and collect drug vials at the scene. After eight months of investigation, why is this new information? Either the real facts are known and are being concealed, or they are not known due to improper investigation.

Inside sources have verified that Conrad Murray gave Michael Jackson Propofol and left the premises to meet with a call girl the early morning hours before his death. It is believed that he found Michal Jackson dead upon his return and this is the reason for all the lies. Manslaughter is the act of causing some one's death unintentionally without malice. If Conrad Murray gave Michael Jackson Propofol and left the premises, leaving him completely unattended, his pre-meditated and intentional actions warrant the charge of 2nd degree murder.

Once again there seems to be a blatant disregard for Michael Jackson's life? The man responsible for causing Michael Jackson harm is once again being rewarded. Michael Jackson has been stripped of many things, including his dignity, pride, constitutional rights, honor, character, good name, money, property and good works, but the final slap in Michael Jackson's face is being played out worldwide once again. Conrad Murray's pre-meditated and intentional acts caused the death of the greatest entertainer and humanitarian that has ever lived. We failed to give Michael Jackson justice in his lifetime, but we seek justice in his death. If the single charge of manslaughter is not changed and Conrad Murray receives the minimum punishment for his pre-meditated negligence, this will be the final slap in Michael Jackson's face.

We are asking for a grand jury investigation hearing to be convened immediately for the charge of manslaughter to be changed to 2nd degree murder against Conrad Murray.

Conrad Murray needs to tell the truth. If the truth was known about what really happend the early morning hours before Michael Jackson died, he should be charged with murder, not manslaughter. The truth is, Conrad Murray left the premises completely after putting Michael Jackson under propofol to meet with a call girl. When he returned, it is speculated that Michael Jackson was already dead. Everything he did afterwards was to cover his tracks. He has given two timelines. He told the police that he gave Michael the propofol at 10:40 a.m. and when he returned from the bathroom at 10:50, he found Michael not breathing and immediately begain CPR. However, the problem with that story is that the 911 call was not made until 12:21 p.m. Then his girlfriend told police that she was talking to Murray at 12:05 p.m. and at approx. 12:13 p.m. he dropped the phone and was doing CPR on Michael. The problem with this alibi (from his girlfriend) is that at 9:00 a.m. Murray's employees in Texas was removing boxes from the storage, and the paramedic stated that when they arrived at 12:30, MJ appeared to had been dead for hours. They would have, under normal circumstances, taken Michael to the coroner's office, but Murray insisted that they take him to the hospital.

If Murray was telling the truth, then why is he lying, why did he change his timeline, and why was he on the phone during the time Michael was under propofol. Another fact was that Murray had the heater turned up so high in Michael's room, that the paramedics called it swealthering, when Michael hated sleeping in the heat. He slept with his bedroom window fully opened and would not let anyone close it.

It is my guess that he gave Michael Jackson a lot of propofol to keep him sedated long enough to go out and come back. When the propofol wears off, that is when the person wakes up. Therefore, because he was going to meet with a call girl, he wanted to make sure that Michael Jackson remained sleep until he returned. That's why he gave him so much and the coroner's office confirmed that Michael was swimming in propofol. He didn't bet on him dying because he is a Cardiologist, not an Anesthesiologist. Therefore, putting people under is not his area of specialty.

For the reasons stated above, Conrad Murder (Murray) should be charged with murder, not manslaughter. There are enough facts and evidence to prove that all though he acted recklessly, his actions were so negligent that it should be considered murder.

This single is an inspirational tribute dedicated to Michael Jackson and made to comfort the hearts of millions of his grieving fans worldwide. It is scheduled to be released on Michael Jackson's one year anniversary of his death in June 2010. The Message II Michael video will be shot in London, with London Gospel Choir, to be released in August 2010.
